These terms govern the use of this Xtream UI Pro installation. By accessing the dashboard or any media served by it, you accept these terms in full.
Operator and publisher
Xtream UI Pro is software licensed to an independent local OTT distributor (the "Operator"). The publisher of Xtream UI Pro provides the software only and is not a party to the relationship between the Operator and its end users.
Operator responsibility
The Operator alone is responsible for all content distributed through this installation, including the licensing, broadcasting rights, classification, taxation, billing, refunds, customer support, lawful interception and compliance with every law applicable in the jurisdictions they serve.
Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute streams or playback tokens without authorisation, not to attempt to circumvent access controls and not to use the platform for any unlawful, infringing or abusive purpose. The Operator may suspend any account in breach of these terms.
Service availability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Streams may be interrupted by upstream providers, network conditions, scheduled maintenance or force majeure. Service-level commitments, where offered, are defined in the Operator's separate service agreement.
Payments and renewals
Subscription fees, billing cycles, taxes, refunds and cancellation are handled by the Operator. The publisher of Xtream UI Pro receives no portion of subscriber payments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Operator nor the publisher is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability of the Operator is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
The Operator may terminate or suspend access at any time for breach of these terms or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
