Xtream UI Pro is commercial software licensed to a single Operator for the operation of an OTT distribution service. By installing or using this software, the Operator accepts the terms below.
Grant of license
Subject to a paid-up subscription, the publisher grants the Operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Xtream UI Pro for the duration of the active subscription, on infrastructure owned or controlled by the Operator.
Restrictions
The Operator may not resell, sublicense, lease, redistribute, or expose the dashboard as a multi-tenant service to other distributors. Reverse engineering, removal of branding or copyright notices, and circumvention of license checks are prohibited.
Content and broadcasting rights
The Operator warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for every channel, programme, film, and other media distributed through the platform. The publisher does not supply, validate, or endorse any content. Any infringement claim is the sole responsibility of the Operator, who agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher against any such claim.
Compliance with law
The Operator is responsible for obtaining all broadcasting, streaming, retransmission, music-rights, and tax licenses required in every jurisdiction they serve, and for complying with content-classification, age-rating, advertising, and consumer-protection rules.
Updates and support
Updates and technical support are provided according to the active subscription tier. The publisher may modify the software, including changing or removing features, at any time.
Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The publisher does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher's aggregate liability under this license is limited to the license fees paid by the Operator in the twelve months preceding the claim. The publisher is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or third-party claims arising from the Operator's distribution activity.
Termination
This license terminates automatically on non-payment, on breach of these terms, or on infringement of third-party rights by the Operator. Upon termination, the Operator must cease all use of the software and remove all copies.
