Xtream UI Pro is operator-managed software. The publisher of this software does not collect personal data from your subscribers; the distributor running this installation is the sole data controller.
Who is responsible for your data
This installation is operated by an independent local OTT distributor. The distributor is solely responsible for collecting, storing, processing, and disclosing any personal data, and for complying with all applicable data-protection laws in their jurisdiction.
What this software stores
Operator and customer accounts, billing identifiers, stream configuration, viewing sessions, and audit logs are stored on the distributor's own infrastructure. The publisher of Xtream UI Pro has no access to that infrastructure and does not receive any subscriber data.
Cookies and sessions
Authentication cookies are encrypted and limited to the operator's domain. They are required for sign-in and cannot be disabled while signed in. Analytics cookies are set only on the public website and only with your consent (see "This website").
Third-party services
If the distributor integrates third-party services (payment processors, CDNs, analytics, communication channels, content providers), each of those services has its own privacy policy. The distributor is responsible for disclosing and obtaining any required consent.
Your rights
Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data must be sent directly to the distributor operating this installation, who will respond in accordance with the applicable law.
Changes
The distributor may update this policy at any time. The publisher of Xtream UI Pro provides this document as a baseline template only and disclaims any liability for the distributor's privacy practices.
Xtream Player Pro app
Xtream Player Pro, the player app for Android, Android TV, iOS, Linux and Windows, has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking: the publisher collects, sells and shares no personal data through it. Everything you enter (playlists, stream and XMLTV addresses, credentials, favorites and watch history) is stored only on your device. Playlist and proxy settings, which hold your credentials, are kept in the device's secure storage, and the app's data is left out of cloud backup and device transfer. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Connections made by the app
The app connects to the sources you add, to load playlists, guide data and streams; what those sources record is governed by the privacy policy of the provider running them. Besides them, it contacts two services: wsrv.nl, which resizes channel logos and posters for your screen and receives the image addresses only (logos on your local network are loaded directly), and ip-api.com, which is asked, only when you test a proxy, which public IP address and country your connection appears from.
Send to TV
"Send to TV" sends your feeds, credentials included, over your local network to the TV you choose, and only after you enter the six-digit code shown on that TV. The transfer goes directly between your two devices; nothing passes through the publisher or the internet.
This website
This public website and the download site download.xtream-ui.pro use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, but only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Until then, and after "Decline", no request is sent to Google and no analytics cookie is set. With your consent, Google receives the pages you view, which of the site's own buttons you use (start, order, the programme and contact links, a guide or a tutorial opened, and on the download site which package you download), the referring site, your browser, device and approximate location, and sets the _ga cookies (kept for up to two years); advertising features and ad personalisation stay off. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page (each of the two sites keeps its own choice); declining afterwards removes the _ga cookies. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as a refusal. Google's handling of this data is described in its own privacy policy. The panel's sign-in and dashboard pages never load this website's Google Analytics and send nothing to the publisher; an operator may connect its own Google Analytics to its dashboard, and is then responsible for informing its staff.
