Xtream UI Pro is software infrastructure for operating a video service. It supplies no channels, films, series or other content and grants no right to distribute any. This page states what operators of an installation agree to.
What the software is
The platform stores, organises and streams video that the operator of an installation brings, and controls who may watch it. It is installed and run by the operator on the operator's own servers. The publisher of the software has no access to an installation, its content or its viewers.
Content rights stay with the operator
The operator is solely responsible for holding the rights to every channel, programme, film or other work it adds to an installation, for the territories and the audience it serves, and for complying with the laws that apply to its service. Nothing in the software, the documentation or the website implies that content rights are included.
Prohibited uses
An installation may not be used to distribute content without the rights to do so, to circumvent the technical protection of a third party's service, to resell access to another provider's service, or for any purpose that is unlawful where the operator or its viewers are. Features that pass third-party services through are not provided.
Compatibility is not endorsement
The platform speaks protocols that common player applications and set-top boxes use (the Xtream Codes API, M3U and XMLTV, the MAG portal, Enigma2). Compatibility with a protocol or an application is a technical property and implies no relationship with, or endorsement by, the makers of those applications or of any service that uses the same protocols.
Partners and delegated accounts
An operator who gives partner accounts to distributors or resellers remains responsible for what those partners distribute through its installation and for the terms it sets with them. The software provides the accounts, the limits and the audit log; it does not supervise the use.
Consequences
The publisher may refuse or end a licence, a support agreement or an Enterprise engagement with an operator that uses an installation in breach of this page, and will cooperate with lawful requests of rights holders and authorities as described on the copyright complaints page.
